Initial consultations lasting more than 15 minutes will be invoiced at the standard hourly rates in cases where no (chargeable) follow up work results.

Note: the minimum charge is one hour.

• Projects which need to involve specialist staff may attract a higher rate.
• Lower rates may be negotiated for longer term collaboration or for consultation resulting in joint publication of research.
• Rates may also be negotiated for short courses to be given by Consulting Group members and for supervision of technical or research staff. Consulting group members may also be engaged in an advisory or 'retained' basis.
